Our primary mission to our clients is to source qualified applicants for their job openings. However we have always prided ourselves in being able to pass along our experiences and advice to both active and potential clients whenever possible. This includes consulting on new hiring strategies, assisting with the on-boarding process, compiling geographic & discipline specific salary surveys as well confidential replacement and out placement services.
The qualified applicants we help source can be hired on a permanent, temporary or contract basis. Permanent placement services can be provided on a contingent, container or retained basis. Temporary, contract and consulting placement is typically paid at a per diem or hourly rate through the client's own payroll. However San Arbor Associate does have the ability to place applicants as our own employee through our in-house payroll system.
