How it happened...








Clark Davis Associates hired me right out of college, where I worked in agency recruiting and learned to do what I love for the next 14 years.

The Allegis Group recruited me to help open an Executive Search office in the New York area.

When the office relocated I opened San Arbor Associates, recruiting exclusively on Facility Service and MEP Field Maintenance searches.

ConnectiveRx, a start-up healthcare provider, recruited me to create their first Corporate Talent Acquisition function.

As operations relocated to Pittsburgh, I left to continue help build and improve Talent Acquisition departments for several rapidly growing companies and start-ups.

San Arbor Associates is relaunched to focus exclusively on Executive Search, Talent Acquisition Advisory Services, and Applicant Tracking System consulting.
